Somebody shot at a convicted felon with multiple rape charges, who incites violance every chance he gets and cheats and corrupts everything around him. Happens all the time, you get what you ask for.

The downside of moving in Spain is you will need to set up the utility contracts every time.
There usually only exist one water provider available so they have full monopoly. And instead of signing a new contract the old one is "transferred".
Electricity is similar but you have a few providers to choose from so you are able to get competing offers.
What makes it really annoying is you cannot do this online, it is always a phone call in Spanish, no English service is provided.
